Sarah has over 10 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry, working as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor 
Sarah works either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to help motivate you whilst achieving your fitness and lifestyle goals. Sessions are geared towards your personal way of working whilst ensuring they are fun, progressive and motivational. 
Sarah’s skill set is focused on exercise for injury rehabilitation, chronic pain support, weight loss, obesity management and strength training. 
Whether you are brand new to fitness and have no idea where to start or have been training for years with new goals you want to achieve, Sarah will work endlessly with you to not only educate but to keep you on track and accountable. 
Sports Massage 
Following on from her work in Personal Training, Sarah re-trained as a Sports Massage therapist 4 years ago to complement her work with specialist populations. 
Sarah’s skill set is in biomechanics, deep tissue massage, exercise rehabilitation and lifestyle adaptations. She believes that a combination of sports massage, strengthening and correction movements are key to injury or pain management and an effective recovery. 
“I think that all things “fitness” should be fun, inclusive and accessible to all. I firmly believe that strength, self-belief and enjoyment are the keys to success. Whether you are battling past injuries, focused on reaching new goals or trying to future proof your body, I will help get you there one step at a time whether through one-to-one training or Sports Massage therapy. 
“ I practice what I preach and live a very active lifestyle, incorporating healthy food choices alongside my own training and recovery. If i could, I would live in the mountains so you will often find me training for some crazy challenge on skis or climbing”
