Sarah has over 9 years experience in the health and fitness industry, working as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist.
Sarah works either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to help educate you whilst achieving your fitness and lifestyle goals.
Sessions are geared towards your personal way of working whilst ensuring they are fun, progressive and motivational. Sarah's skill set is focused on exercise for injury rehabilitation, weight loss & obesity management and strength training.
Whether you are brand new to fitness and have no idea where to start or been training all your life with new goals you want to achieve, Sarah will work endlessly with you to not only educate but to keep you on track and accountable.
