Charles Ohsten 

I’ve been a personal trainer working one-to-one with a range of clients since 2018. I believe in approaching fitness with a holistic and long term view to enable a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. My sessions blend weight training, cardio and mobility work to challenge the body in new ways that leave you feeling stronger, fiitter and more supple. 
 
Whether you’re looking to lose weight and improve your nutrition, recover from injury, or boost your performance, by listening to and understanding your aims, we can establish your needs and together create a realistic plan to achieve your goals. 
 
I hold qualifications in Low Back Pain Management, Golf Biomechanics and Performance, and GP Referral which qualifies me to work with individuals with health conditions. I am also working towards my Level 2 in British Sign Language.
