Chris Lawrence - Sports Massage Therapist

ITEC Sports Massage Level 3 & 4 graduating with Distinction

Before launching his sports massage career Chris has trained and worked alongside his wife for the last 10 years as a Professional Acrobat, performing on one of the most prestigious cruise lines globally.

Throughout his acrobatic training he always harboured an interest in Sports Massage Therapy and took the opportunity that the COVID-19 lockdown created to achieve formal qualifications in sports massage.

Passing an ITEC level 3+4 Sports Massage course with Distinction, Chris also has his own injury experiences to draw upon and aims to bring all that knowledge to his sessions.

He believes in functional fitness and mobility and likes to take a
holistic/lifestyle approach to his Sports Massage sessions.

Sarah Allen (Straighttalkingpt) - Sports Massage Therapist

Sarah started out working as a mountain guide in the Alps before joining the world of Health and Fitness. After working in Marketing and Event Management, Sarah retrained as a Personal Trainer - this is where she found her passion for rehabilitation, chronic pain support and injury management.

Sarah has been a Personal Trainer for 8 years and decided to train as a Sports Massage Therapist 4 years ago to complement her work with specialist populations. Sarah’s skill set is in biomechanics, deep tissue massage, exercise rehabilitation and lifestyle adaptations.

She believes that a combination of massage, strengthening and corrective movements are the key to injury or pain management and an effective recovery.

Whilst not in the gym, you can find Sarah somewhere outdoors, normally planning her next adventure to climb big mountains or walking her rather large dog in the countryside.
