Sarah has over 8 years experience in the health and fitness industry, working as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist.
Sarah works one-to-one or in small groups to help you achieve your fitness goals, ensuring sessions fun, focused and motivational. Sarah’s skill set is focused on exercise for injury rehabilitation, exercise referral & chronic illness, weight loss & obesity management and strength training.
Whether you are brand new to fitness and have no idea where to start or been training all your life with new goals you want to achieve, Sarah will work endlessly with you to not only educate but to keep you on track and accountable.
