If you're training from home I would say a foam roller, band/tube set (depending on your level of fitness) and a swiss ball is a good start.
LONG FOAM ROLLER FOR SPINE MOBILISATIONS
This foam roller is best purchased if you are in particular a desk worker and need to reverse that chronic seated posture at the end of the day. You've been recommended to lie back on this foam roller for two minutes at the end of each day to stretch your spinal ligament out.
55CM SWISS BALL
(for people of height 5'2" to 5'8". This is the right size for you guys and girls to add to your home workout. Its not the best ball but it will be fine for most people.
55cm QUALITY SWISS BALL FOR ADVANCED TRAINING
This ball another 55cm is a superior quality for clients that need a good ball for training.
45CM SWISS BALL
This is for anyone under 5'2" to use. Should be ideal for home use and really adds to the diversity of exercises you can do at home.
RESISTANCE BANDS
A set of easy to heavy exercises bands. A good option to add versatlity and particularly if you are in a rehabilitation phase at home.
HEAVY DUTY RESISTANCE BANDS
If you need something a little stronger than the above, then these bad boys should do you for those lovely side steps, monster walks, wall angels or banded squats.
BLOOD PRESSURE CUFF
Yes, I know you all love it!! But this cheap little beauty makes for lower abdominals that function to protect your back and balance your pelvis to reduce those pesky lower limb injuries.
